“JAMB CAPS 2025/2026: Track and Confirm Your Admission Status”

The JAMB CAPS portal for the 2025/2026 admission exercise is now active. Candidates can log in to monitor their admission status and get notified as soon as they are offered admission. Once an offer is made, candidates must take action by either accepting or rejecting the admission on the portal.

Schools have begun uploading their admission lists on the JAMB portal, candidates are strongly advised to keep a close eye on their JAMB CAPS to take prompt action as soon as their admission status changes. Some schools may not release their admission lists on their websites or notice boards; for candidates applying to such schools, the only way to confirm if they have been offered admission is by regularly checking their status on JAMB CAP.

Steps to Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

1. Visit: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
2. Login: Enter your registered email address and password to access your dashboard.
3. Click: Check Admission Status
4. Click: Access My CAPS
5. Click: Admission Status to see if you have been offered admission.

• If admitted, your photo will be displayed along with a congratulatory message confirming your admission offer.
• If not yet admitted, you will see the message: “Sorry, No Admission Has Been Given Yet.”

Accept or Reject Admission:

• To accept, send ACCEPT as SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
• To reject, send REJECT as SMS to the same number using the same linked phone.

Candidates have a maximum of four (4) weeks to accept their admission offer. Those without access to their registered phone numbers should visit any JAMB-accredited center to accept or reject their admission.

Candidates who have accepted their admission are strongly advised to print their admission letter, as it will be required for clearance and registration at their respective schools.
