Join Shell Nigeria as a graduate and take part in a structured three-year development programme designed to build future leaders.

The graduate recruitment process follows a standardized global framework used across Shell to identify, select, and place top talent within its various business units. For 2026, applications are open to post-NYSC graduates in the following areas:

  • Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, Production)
  • Geoscience
  • Commercial

Requirements for the Shell Nigeria Graduate Programme

To qualify for the Shell Nigeria Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained prior to the programme start date
  • Have no more than three years of post-graduate work experience
  • Have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
  • Demonstrate strong communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
