Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP)
The Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) 2025 is a global initiative by Unilever aimed at identifying and developing a pipeline of future leaders.
The ULIP 2025 is open to Undergraduate and Master’s Degree students. Participants will work at the Unilever Offices and will develop leadership skills by working on the live project.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a student in the 3rd year of an undergraduate degree or enrolled in their master’s degree.
- The ULIP is for people who want to get to grips with the inner workings of a vast business and a desire to understand how it works.
- Applicants are expected to show commitment, learn real people skills, and have a deep-seated interest in the business.
