Women Environmental Programme (WEP) Digital Skills Development Programme 2026
The Women Environmental Programme (WEP) is pleased to invite applications for its 3-Month Digital Skills Development Programme, implemented under the WomenPower2030: Feminist Accelerate Action for Sustainable Development project.
This initiative is designed to equip young girls, women, and persons with disabilities with in-demand digital and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills that enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and participation in the digital economy.
The fully funded, three-month training programme provides selected participants with practical, hands-on learning across four key digital skill areas, empowering them with the knowledge and experience needed to thrive in today’s technology-driven world.

- Office Suite Essentials
- Graphic Design
- Video Editing
- UI/UX Design
- Web Development with WordPress CMS
These industry-relevant courses are designed to equip participants with the technical skills needed to enhance their employability, pursue entrepreneurial opportunities, and thrive in the digital economy.
Eligibility Criteria for the Women Environmental Programme (WEP) Digital Skills Development Programme
- Be a young girl, woman, or person with a disability.
- Be between 15 and 35 years of age.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in developing digital and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills.
- Be a resident of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
- Be willing and able to participate fully throughout the three-month training programme.
