Unity Bank Awards Osun State Corp Members with Business Grants

Unity Bank’s flagship Entrepreneurial Development Initiative, Corpreneurship Challenge, is set to return for the 8th edition across 10 locations in Nigeria, including a debut in Delta and Rivers States.

Unity Bank has awarded winners of its corpreneurship Business Grant challenge for corps members at the Osun state NYSC orientation camp.

According to news reports Corps member, Elijah Sunday, with code number OS/22B/0235. a graduate of Animal Science from the Akwa Ibom State University emerged the overall winner of the Unity Bank Corpreneurship Business Grant challenge for Corps members deployed to the State.

Elijah’s proposal defeated others to come first among the 10 finalists shortlisted to defend their business proposal earlier submitted to the bank and won a sum of N500,000.

Other winners include; Muhammad Ismaila Aboki with state code OS/22B/0672, a graduate of Textile Science and Technology from the Amadu Bello University, Zaria who won second position and the sum of N300,000 naria while the third position went to Udealor Cornelius with the the State code OS/22B/1437, a graduate of Agricultural Technology from the Federal University of Technology winning N200,000 naira respectively.

The team of Unity Bank staff in attendance were, the Branch Manager Osogbo, Mr. Tajudeen Jimoh, thanked the NYSC management in the State for giving them the opportunity to partner with the scheme stating that the bank is grateful for.
