Yabatech Holds Media Parley On N50 Billion Endowment Fund

Nigeria’s foremost polytechnic, Yaba College of Technology is set to launch a N50 billion endowment fund.

At a media parley held ahead of the official launch of the fund later this year, the rector of the college, Obafemi Omokungbe explained that the fund will help salvage the quality of education as well as upgrade the institution’s physical structures.

Speaking further, the Rector said while the college hopes to partner with private individuals to promote legacy projects, other areas such as Academic awards, infrastructure, as well as research and development is also in need of improvement.
