East-West Center fellowship is open for master and doctoral graduate students. This international fellowship in the USA provides funding to graduate students studying at the University of Hawai’i or plans to study at Manoa from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States. Eligibility Criteria :

Following are the eligibility criteria for the East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship 2023:

  • Candidates from eligible countries can only apply for the USA fellowship for international students.
  • They must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a U.S. accredited college/ university or recognized institutions of higher learning abroad.
  • Furthermore, they must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or the equivalent in the last 4 semesters or six quarters of the undergraduate record and all post-baccalaureate work.
