Q1. Hello Blessing! What has your general experience been like working for PressPayNg? Do you enjoy being an Administrative officer? And can you also describe a particular project you enjoyed working on as an Administrative officer for PressPayNg.

Ans: My general experience working as an Administrative officer for PressPayNg has been fantastic, it has helped in improving my communication and organizational skills, as well as project management and time management skills.

  • A project I enjoyed working on as an administrative Officer for PressPayNg is the just concluded One year anniversary of the brand which was very tasking, as I had to plan the event from A –Z by handling the logistics, welfare, Printing of Publicity materials, accommodation etc.

Q2. What skills do you believe are most important in your role as an Administrative officer?

Ans: The most important role as an Administrative officer is making sure an office runs smoothly. In order to ensure the office runs smoothly at all times, I as an administrative officer needs to have excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills.

Q3. How would you approach a situation in which you were given a task but didn’t receive complete instructions?

Ans: If I was given a task and didn’t receive clear instructions, I would first consider whether I could get the information needed to complete the task through simple research of my own such as doing a web search. If I still needed further instruction after my research, I would follow up with the person who assigned me the task and ask them for clarification. I would make sure I fully understand what needs to be done and when the deadline for the task is before I begin working on the project.”

Q4. What do you believe is the most challenging part of your job?

The most challenging part of been an  Administrative Officer is been often expected to fix anything that goes wrong at the workplace, including technical difficulties with the printer, scheduling conflicts, internet connectivity problems, reschedule flights etc.
