Hilda Effiong Bassey professionally known as Hilda Baci born 20 September 1996 in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. She a Nigerian professional chef, television personality, restaurateur and social media personality.

She attended Madonna University, located in Okija, Nigeria. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Baci embarked on a culinary education program, drawing inspiration from her mother, a culinary chef. She is a current holder the current holder of the Guinness World Record for marathon cooking (Cook-athon) with 93 hours 11 minutes, setting a new record after surpassing Indian chef Lata Tondon 87 hours, 45 minutes cooking marathon in 2023.
