2024 World Economic Forum Early Career Program in Switzerland 

The 2024 World Economic Forum Early Career Program offers 15 different internship options for young leaders to engage the foremost political, business, and other leaders of society to build coalitions, projects, and initiatives.

The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation, with a goal of – digitally and physically – to address industry, regional and systemic issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Interest and experience in programme and project management, leadership development and community management
  • Experience writing for a professional audience and digital publishing and/or content creation.
  • Perfect command of verbal and written English; with excellent professional writing skills in English
  • Digital native comfortable with a variety of collaboration tools, proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (database management experience an asset).

Benefit:

  • Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office
  • We will accommodate start dates between September 1st to October 15th 2023
  • Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4’400.- (salary: CHF 4’050- plus health benefits: CHF 350-)
  • All required technological equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and accesses
  • Minimal travel support
