2024 Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme
Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is a 12 months’ fully paid structured training programme designed for young Nigerian graduates.

Eligibility Criteria:
- First degree/HND from reputable University/ Polytechnic/equivalent with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit (HND) or equivalent.
- Not more than 28 years of age (fresh graduates), as at the time of applying.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC service.
- Have 0 – 2 years’ experience.
- Be ready for engagements by January 2025 with any of the Dangote business Units.
