Driven by the Passion to solve social problem and nip the challenges of Tertiary Education financing in the bud, and a bid to empower the Educational Ambition of every Nigerian by flattening the curve of ‘Drop out rate’ in Tertiary institutions in Nigeria, PressPayNg has been on several media runs to create more awareness about her Edtech App.

On February 21, 2022, the officials of PressPayng visited “Nigerian info and Cool Fm” to dicuss about PressPayNg which has been helping both parents and Nigerian students in Tertiary institutions across the country.

During the show, Mr. Afolabi (PressPayNg Business Development Manager) talked about how PressPayNg Coverage partnership solution which is all about offering silver bullet solutions to human capital develpment in Nigeria and how the Innovation was created with the interest of the Nigerian students in Tertiary Institutions at heart.

Furthermore, Mr. Afolabi spoke about the ongoing scholarship, where student who have onboarded and applied stood a chance for their Tuition to be paid for a full Academic year, and he also talked about the benefits students stood to gain if they onboarded the App. He mentioned benefits such as;

“EduLoans; Where Students are given loans to pay back at low interest rate in a space of 3months, with 1month moratorium and if the student maintains a good credit score, they can always access this co-funding plan every acdemic year.

“EduSure; Where PressPayNg covers you Tuition incase of any Unforseen circumstances e.g sickness or accidents

“EduHealth; Where student get to be treated with our partnered HMOs at very low discounted rate.

“EduSavings; With this Students who are able to save only upto 50% of their Tuition on the App, PressPayNg completes the other half of the tuition and makes a payment to the student’s school account on behalf of the student in order to prevent he/she from spending it, So in the light of this PresspayNg has partnered with many Tertiary institution across the country.

He also made mentioned of holiday jobs for students to learn soft skills and Onboarding as Campus Agents who get students to Onboard and in the process make N200 per Student he/she brings.

He said PressPayNg has also collaborated with National Association of Nigerian Students(NANS).
