A video has gone viral captures the moment traditionalists dressed in white attires were protesting against the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (OAU), Professor Adeboye Bamire.
The protesters met on the school campus on Monday, March 21, chanting some incantations while moving in a circular motion. It was revealed that their grievances against the vice-chancellor were largely due to his place of origin and how they will prefer an Indigene to be Vice Chancellor.
