Coverage
The following advantages are given to the laureate of the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship:
- The scholarship amount might range from €2,000 to €25,000, depending on the faculty.
- The Holland Government Scholarship, of which the University of Amsterdam is a participating member, may occasionally be used in addition to the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship.
- It is a fully-funded merit-based scholarship.
- The scholarship will cover the tuition fee of the degree program.
- A part of the living expense will also be covered.
- The Amsterdam merit scholarship is offered for one year and can be extended for the second year of the master’s program.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates’ CGPA aggregates should be 3.5 or high
- Applicants must have a bright background in academics
- Applicants must have good bands in IELTS/ TOEFL
- Applicants should not be citizens of the European Union
- Applicants must have a maximum of three years older degree
- While scholarships are purely on a merit basis, applicants with an outstanding record in all fields are eligible to apply.
