The University of Saskatchewan Graduate Scholarship 2023-2024 is a fully funded masters and Ph.D. scholarship for international students.   • U of S Entrance Scholarships:  $24,000 ($6,000/year over four years)

For Graduate:

University Dean’s scholarship:

  • Master’s: $16,000 for up to two years.
  • Doctoral: $20,000 for up to three years.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • For Bachelor’s Degree: Applicants must be a student of High School outside of Canada while applying for a bachelor’s Degree.
  • For Master’s Degree: Candidate must hold an Undergraduate Degree, or equivalent, from a recognized institution or university to apply for Masters’s Degree.
  • For Ph.D. Degree: Must have a Masters’s Degree, or equivalent, from a recognized university or institution to apply for Doctoral Degree in a relevant study field.
  • For Postgraduate Diploma: Applicant must have a four-year bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, from a recognized institution or university.
  • English Language Proficiency: Students have to provide English Proficiency Certificate i.e IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo English Test.
