Bimbo Akintola born May 5th, 1970 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She is a Nigerian Actress.

She went to Maryland Convent Private School for her primary education and Command Day Secondary School. After completing her secondary school education, she joined the University of Ibadan and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts.

She began acting at a tender age, during her time at school in end-of-year school events. Her acting debut came in 1995 when she featured in Owo Blow, along with Femi Adebayo. Two years later, she appeared in another movie called Out of Bounds, together with Richard Mofe Damijo.
