The program seeks to source, recruit, and train outstanding individuals to meet the increasing demands of talent in the energy industry. We employ the use of modern-day, up-to-date learning methodologies to train the candidates.
Through a robust learning experience that involves an innovative combination of online learning, simulation, and apprenticeship, Energy Talent Co. will equip the candidates with an all-round training and work experience that qualify them to hit the ground running from day one.
Eligibility Criteria:
- have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Engineering role, ideally within the Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability industry.
- possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- have working knowledge of ENEERGY and Solar system
- pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
